Acclaimed Armenian artist Zepur Karamanoukian derives inspiration for her art from Armenian history and culture. “The history of the Armenian people is filled with tragedy…yet we have survived as a vibrant culture based on rich traditions that have been passed from generation to generation,” declares Mrs. Karamanoukian.

Zepur Karamanoukian firmly believes that art is a powerful expressive medium that can be used to teach future generations about Armenian struggles and existence. She has exhibited her artwork at various galleries and has held art exhibits with over a thousand attendees.

She continues to paint by inspiration and dedicates many of her accomplishments to her late husband, Professor Levon Karamanoukian, a dedicated educator and philanthropist.
